FabSpeak PTE
Privacy Policy
This policy explains how FabSpeak PTE Learning Center handles information about you when providing learning, practice, membership and enquiry services.
Last updated: 1 November 2026
1. Public practice and enquiries
- Public examples can be used without an account. Their practice events contain random visitor identifiers, page and example identifiers, and limited campaign tags. They do not contain your written answers, recordings or email address.
- Random visitor identifiers use session storage. First and latest non-direct attribution may remain in local storage for up to 30 days. Campaign tags are limited to source, medium, campaign, content and term; full query URLs and referrer paths are excluded. The new campaign and practice-event tracker respects browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals.
- If you send an enquiry, we store the contact details and preparation or collaboration information you provide in our protected enquiry inbox, together with irreversible source hashes used for rate limiting. Only administrators can view enquiries. Test enquiries are marked separately and excluded from ordinary totals. Enquiries are scheduled for retention review after 180 days and campaign events after 90 days; these review dates do not mean automatic deletion.
- Optional consent to future practice emails is separate from your enquiry. Email receipts and marketing emails are not currently enabled; successful enquiries are confirmed on the website.
2. Scope
This policy applies to account access, learning materials, practice records, favourites, essay templates, membership benefits, course enquiries and security features on the FabSpeak PTE website.
3. Information we process
- Account information: information needed to register, sign in, verify your identity and maintain your account status.
- Learning information: learning materials, practice records, favourites, notes and templates that you enter or save.
- Assessment information: the response text, recordings and relevant question content you submit when requesting AI practice feedback.
- Service records: membership status, feature usage and logs needed to maintain website stability and account security.
4. How we use information
We use information only as needed to provide learning features, save progress, generate practice feedback, apply membership benefits, respond to enquiries, maintain the service and protect its security.
5. Cookies and local storage
The website uses cookies or browser local storage to maintain your sign-in session, save page preferences and improve your experience. Clearing this data may require you to reset some preferences or sign in again.
6. Visitor statistics and page activity
Website traffic statistics use a random first-party visitor cookie and session identifier to record visit counts, page paths without query parameters, referring website domains, browser and operating-system categories, and approximate country, region and city. Anonymous traffic statistics do not store raw IP addresses or use device fingerprinting.
For signed-in users, page activity records include active time, interaction counts, and IP addresses with approximate locations used for security and service maintenance. Activity tracking does not record input text, page contents or URL query parameters. IP-based locations are approximate and can be inaccurate because of internet providers, proxies or other factors. Only authorised administrators can view these statistics.
7. Third-party services and sharing
We may use necessary third-party services for website operation, account verification, notifications and AI practice feedback. We share only the information needed for the relevant feature. AI assessment processes your submitted response only after you actively confirm the request, and its results are used for learning feedback.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not provide it to unrelated third parties except when needed to provide the service, protect security, meet legal obligations or act with your separate consent.
8. Retention and security
We retain information only for the period needed to provide the service and meet security, backup or legal requirements, and apply reasonable access controls and security measures. AI assessment recordings and results are accessible only through the relevant account. You can delete them from your assessment history.
9. Your choices and rights
You can view or change editable account information. To request access to, correction or deletion of other information, withdraw authorisation, or close your account, contact us through the public enquiry channels on this website. We may first need to verify your identity to protect your account.
10. Children and young people
Minors should use this website with guidance from a parent or other guardian. Users under fourteen should obtain a guardian's consent before using AI assessment features that require submission of their responses.
11. Policy updates and contact
When features or information-handling practices change, we will update this policy and its displayed date. For questions about this policy, contact us through the contact options on the Plans & Support page.
