FabSpeak PTE provides PTE preparation methods, mind maps, learning materials, practice tools, essay templates, membership features and course enquiries. Available features are those actually shown on the website at the time of use.

• Register or sign in using your own contact details that can receive verification messages. Keep your account and verification credentials secure.
• Do not lend or resell your account, use automation, bypass access controls, or otherwise interfere with normal use of the website by others.
• If you discover unauthorised use of your account, contact us promptly through the published WeChat enquiry channel.

Both VIP and S VIP provide access to the website's member learning features. The only additional site-wide feature included with S VIP is material export. Other learning features are the same for VIP and S VIP. The membership page displays the applicable expiry date and your current account status.

Text, structured materials, mind maps, templates, images, audio and page designs on this website are provided for personal PTE preparation. Without permission, you must not bulk-scrape them, copy and publicly redistribute them, resell or rent them, or use them to operate a similar learning-material service. You remain responsible for the legality of content you upload or enter.

• Do not upload unlawful or infringing content, malicious code, or content that exposes another person's personal information.
• Do not attack, disrupt or circumvent the website's sign-in, membership, usage-limit or security controls.
• To maintain security or stop clear abuse, we may restrict relevant requests or suspend access by affected accounts and retain necessary security records.

This website provides preparation materials and practice tools. It is not the examination organiser and does not make commitments on the organiser's behalf. Results depend on factors including your starting level, practice, performance on the day and examination scoring. We do not guarantee a particular score, pass result or amount of improvement.

We aim to maintain normal operation, but equipment, networks, third-party services, maintenance, upgrades or events beyond our control may cause temporary interruptions. Materials and features may change to reflect teaching content, product updates or security needs. Significant changes affecting user benefits will be explained on the website.

The website uses third-party services such as account, hosting, storage, SMS, email and WeChat services. When using a related feature, you must also follow the provider's applicable rules. We integrate these services only to the extent needed for the relevant feature.
